I love StockX and always use them. I decided to splurge for a gift for someone and they were so fascinating that now they too have become a customer. The reliability of their authenticity speaks for itself.

Got fake Nike sneakers from StockX, didn't realize it within their ridiculous 3 day return window. Did not even think of examining the shoes as StockX is supposed to be reliable. Reached out to them and they gave me a run around asking for more photos. Then concluded with you cannot return them because it has been more than 3 days even though the shoes were still new and unworn. Also their fine print policy states that you have to accept the merchandise as is, so you can't even dispute it with a credit card. Disgusting!

I still get spam from stockx's data breach years ago even though i closed the account with that email and now they have the audacity to pass my email along to trustpilot to spam me? Insane. I have received every product I've ordered but the constant oversharing of my personal information whether intentional or due to incompetence is unacceptable to me.

This was the first time in 35 purchases that the item took 18 days to be processed. I didn’t receive any emails explaining what caused the delay. Eventually I saw a note under the purchase page saying there was an issue with the first seller. I believe there should be an option to the buyer or seller that if someone backs out of the purchase if they want to cancel the order. This will allow the affected party to determine if the market has gotten not favorable.

Tried to buy the shirt, seller delays 4 days and I get a refund so I buy a different size. 17 days for arrival. Spent 7 plus days getting sent and verified. Then FedEx takes the rest of the time recirculating across Georgia and driving it all the way to California.

Shipping and other taxes/cost was way too expensive. Made the price of my purchase go from 100 to 150. The shipping and delivery process however were very efficient and I got my item delivered to me much earlier than expected, so that was good. Shoe quality is great. Website is a little bit confusing.

Great communication from the app with step by step shipping information and probably the fastest delivery I've ever had. Thank you!! The box the shoes were packed in only had the shoes and no packing paper or anything to keep from sliding which is clearly a shoe no no! You can't send them to stockx like that so why can you send them to us like that? 400$ dollars for shoes you would think they would care a little more like the website says?? Other than them breaking their own rule and every sneaker heads nightmare it was ok. Maybe next time practice what you preach and your credibility would be higher. I do appreciate everything else thou. I'll still buy from here but probably Nothing real expensive because I want it to be safe in transit. You got very, very lucky this time but don't do that again, atleast on my orders please and thank you.

Should have taken about a week or so for my order to arrive and instead it came in about 3 days max. Was amazing will definitely be ordering again soon because of the great experience

Sent trainers back under UK/EU regulations which StockX agreed to. Delivered back to StockX over a week ago and no one has bothered to acknowledge receipt, verify them or action the refund. Customer services are useless - all promise to “look into it” and never get back to you. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!

You guys take your time but (I assume) you guarantee 100% the item bought is an original piece. That is priceless, specially when we’re talking about expensive pieces of art.

I’m extremely upset and will not order from this site again. Still waiting on a simple response from their customer care. It’s been a week with no response bck. It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered my Yeezy slides. Online it says they confirmed order no other progression at all and no one is getting back to me.

StockX is absolutely the way a company should be handled. They have magnificent customer service vibes and their integrity to deliver was on point. The selection of inventory just blew my ole G ass socks off! A fan for life! Love Winzz

Fantastic! I absolutely love my shoes. I was struggling to find them anywhere in my size when I found them on StockX. They were a competitive price, verified quickly & shipped quickly. I really couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend StockX!

Its very frustrating that the delivery times were not accurate. Someone stole my package while i was out of town because i was supposed to be arriving home on the intended delivery date. It was delivered early and so the package was stolen. No help from customer service. So i am just out $180 and a pair of shoes.. regarding the recent reply. I spoke with your team and they explained since they were shown delivered, there was nothing they can do. I havent responded recently because there is no point.

This bid/purchase went great! But past experiences have been terrible. Like winning one of StockX’s $1 bid/giveaways… only to not be told they weren’t going to send anything. Then have to track them down in order to get a refund for shipping they charged. Only to be contacted months down the road in order to “make things right”. But not have anyone from CS be able to verify authenticity. Then be told I waited too long to respond and they cancelled everything. Scam of a company!!
